The Connected Flow
TradeCapture and TradeDesk are built to work as one connected job flow — from the first lead all the way to the final invoice. A lead captured in TradeCapture drops straight into TradeDesk with its details pre-filled, so those details carry over automatically and don't need re-entering. Photos follow the work the whole way — from the quote, into the job, onto the invoice. One license key works across your whole crew — every device that enters your key sees the same business data. (An internet connection is required to save and sync your data.)
TradeCapture — Capture the Lead & Book the Job
Share your lead-capture link and your booking link anywhere — text, email, social, a yard sign. Homeowners send their job details or book a real time slot from the availability you set day by day, with double-booking prevented automatically. Every lead and booking lands in your dashboard, and a notification email hits your inbox. When you request photos on a quote in TradeDesk, the homeowner uploads them through a TradeCapture link — nothing to install on their end.

TradeDesk — Quote, Track & Invoice
Turn the lead into a professional, branded quote — line items, markups, tax, and a deposit, with reusable items dropped in straight from your Library. Attach photos to the quote, and tick Request photos or Request signature to fold those links right into the email you send. Move the quote into Active Jobs to track real labor and material costs against your plan as the work runs — Planned vs. Actual shows your variance live, and the quote's photos ride along — then generate an accurate final invoice with Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle payment links built in. Email it from TradeDesk, mark it paid when the money lands, and your Dash keeps a rolling tally of income paid in the last 30 days. Delete something by mistake? It sits in History's Deleted view for 30 days, one click to restore.

Build branded quotes and invoices, track real job costs, and keep a full history on their own — no other tool needed. Line items with a reusable Library, markups, tax, attached photos, built-in payment links, and email with a signature request or a photo request. Active Jobs tracks Planned vs. Actual cost; the Templates tab holds your quote templates and Line Item Library; and History keeps everything searchable with a 30-day Deleted recovery view.
