The homeowner picks a time that works from your real availability, with double-booking prevented automatically. You get an email confirmation with a one-click Google Calendar link so the visit never slips through the cracks.

TradeFlow — Build the Estimate

Turn the lead into a professional, branded estimate with line items, markups, and tax. From here you can start tracking real costs, or send the job straight to an invoice if it's a small one.

Export to TradeTrack Sends the estimate's line items and totals to TradeTrack to begin job-cost tracking.
Export to Invoice Sends the estimate straight to the Invoices tab for small jobs that don't need cost tracking.

TradeTrack — Track the Job

Log your actual labor hours and material purchases as the job runs. Watch planned vs. actual profit in real time so you always know where you stand before the job is done.

TradeFlow — Send the Invoice

Close the loop. Your invoice arrives pre-filled — either from the original estimate or from TradeTrack's real actuals — with Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle payment links built in. Print it or save it as a PDF and you're paid.
